With Day 2 of the 2023 NFL Draft behind us, Yahoo Sports has released its list of winners and losers from Rounds 2 and 3. Here's a recap of their analysis:
Winners
- Detroit Lions: Acquired future stars in Jameson Williams and Aidan Hutchinson.
- Tennessee Titans: Bolstered their defense with the additions of Zach McCallister and Byron Young.
- Philadelphia Eagles: Traded up to secure versatile playmaker Nakobe Dean.
Losers
- Pittsburgh Steelers: Missed out on top prospects and made questionable selections.
- New York Jets: Traded up for Sauce Gardner, but overpaid for the cornerback. li>Arizona Cardinals: Failed to address their biggest needs on defense and made risky picks.
Round 4-7 of 2024 NFL Draft to Begin Friday
Day 2 of the 2023 NFL Draft concluded with Round 3, and Rounds 4-7 will take place on Friday. The 2024 NFL Draft will span from Thursday, April 25 to Saturday, April 27, 2024.
All 32 teams will have the opportunity to add depth and talent to their rosters during the remaining rounds of the draft. It remains to be seen which teams will emerge as the true winners and losers once the draft concludes.
