AFC Playoff Picture: Jags clinch berth, Dolphins eliminated
AFC South

AFC East
The Buffalo Bills clinched the AFC East title with a 35-23 victory over the Miami Dolphins on Saturday. The Bills improved to 13-3 and secured a first-round bye in the playoffs.
The Dolphins (8-9) were eliminated from playoff contention with the loss. The New York Jets (7-10) and New England Patriots (8-9) were previously eliminated from contention.
AFC North
The Cincinnati Bengals clinched the AFC North title with a 27-16 victory over the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday. The Bengals improved to 11-4 and secured a first-round bye in the playoffs.
The Ravens (10-7) were eliminated from playoff contention with the loss. The Cleveland Browns (7-10) and Pittsburgh Steelers (5-11) were previously eliminated from contention.
AFC West
The Kansas City Chiefs clinched the AFC West title with a 27-24 victory over the Denver Broncos on Sunday. The Chiefs improved to 13-3 and secured a first-round bye in the playoffs.
The Broncos (5-12) were eliminated from playoff contention with the loss. The Los Angeles Chargers (10-7) and Las Vegas Raiders (6-11) were previously eliminated from contention.
AFC Wild Card
The seven AFC Wild Card teams will be determined by the following tiebreakers:
- Head-to-head record
- Win-loss record within the division
- Strength of victory
- Strength of schedule
- Touchdown differential
The top seven teams will advance to the playoffs, with the top two teams receiving a first-round bye.
